The National Health Commission said that all of the new cases were imported infections from other countries.
The number of new asymptomatic cases, which China does not consider confirmed, increased to 26 from 22 the previous day.
In mainland China, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases has increased to 91,045, while the death toll remains unchanged at 4,636.
